"09-11-2001"
	Description: As a personal memorial to the tragic events of September 11, 2001, I created "09-11-2001" in reflection of the moment prior to the changing of our world as we know it. While terrorism is now gripping the American people, the graphic captures the last moment of innocence before the attack on the World Trade Center in New York, and the entrance of such terrorism into our lives. Once the 3D model of the plane was generated and oriented in AutoCAD 2000i, I applied a "white plastic" material. The initial artwork was rendered using an actual photograph of the Twin Towers as a background, with the model of the plane in the foreground. The artwork was then opened in Paint Shop Pro 7.0 and an artistic effect known as "hot wax coating" was applied. The final piece was then color balanced, as presented above.
